The mayor of San Francisco says the city has undergone a vibe shift during his short time in office. Mayor Daniel Lurie tells KRON-TV that residents see that the city is headed in the right direction, and are more positive about San Francisco’s future. Lurie has been mayor for six months. He says he and the Board of Supervisors will be working together to deal with the challenges San Francisco faces. Lurie says the hundreds of millions of dollars of cuts he had to make this year to help bridge a massive budget gap were painful but will ultimately put the city in a better place to thrive.
