(Washington, DC) — Dr. Anthony Fauci is using words such as “bizarre” and “preposterous” in response to claims during a hearing that he was part of a cover-up involving the origin of covid. The former National Infectious Diseases Director refuted Congressman Jim Jordan’s suggestion that he bribed scientists nine-million-dollars to say the virus was not the result of a lab accident in Wuhan. Fauci said the money was from a grant that was in progress a year-and-a-half before the pandemic. He also disputed a claim that he blocked former Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Dr. Robert Redfield from a conference call because he believed a lab accident was involved. Fauci said he was not involved with deciding who was and wasn’t on the call. He added that “half” of the people on the call believed a lab accident was the cause.

Fauci continues to defend now clearly-involved Wuhan lab.
