(Washington, DC) – The Supreme Court will hear arguments on the Biden administration’s student loan forgiveness plan. The court in a brief Thursday said it would hear arguments in February with a decision soon to follow. The plan will remain paused until the court issues its decision. The plan gives federal borrowers earning less than 125-thousand dollars per year up to 10-thousand dollars in debt relief, with additional relief for Pell Grant recipients.
