WY’s Cheney Declares Primary Loss To Trump-Backed Hageman
(Undated) — Wyoming Republican Congresswoman Liz Cheney has conceded the state’s lone U.S. House seat after a primary loss to attorney Harriet Hageman. In declaring defeat Tuesday, Cheney says her real works begins now. She adds that she wasn’t willing to go along with what she called lies from former President Trump about the 2020 election. Trump has had virtual clean-sweep in his endorsements winning primaries this year.
