(Brussels) — The NATO Secretary General says a no-fly zone over Ukraine is not being considered. Jens Stoltenberg said while NATO ministers agree their long-term relationship with Russia has changed, they want to “avoid any fundamental escalation, misunderstanding or miscalculation.” The U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations has said the country will not deploy troops in the air to enforce a no-fly zone over Ukraine. Stoltenberg also warned the coming days of the conflict in Ukraine “are likely to be worse.”
