Speaking on former Trump confidant Stephen Bannon’s podcast, Gaetz said he’s proud of the work done on January 6th, 2021 to highlight what he called election integrity. That day, a mob of Trump supporters stormed the Capitol as lawmakers were meeting to certify the results of the 2020 presidential election.
