(New York, NY) — Disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein is being extradited to California where he’ll stand trial on rape charges. His attorneys argued against an extradition Tuesday, saying he should stay in New York while he’s undergoing medical treatment, but a judge said he could get medical treatment anywhere. Weinstein is currently serving a 23-year-sentence in New York, after being convicted on rape and sexual assault charges.
