The jury decided the police used excessive force by improperly applying a choke hold. The 32-year-old had meth in his system when he died. Neighbors originally called police because he was pacing in front of a house. Video shows him resisting arrest. Anaheim city spokesman Mike Lyster (LIST-er) says they disagree with the jury.
