Neighbors living in West Hollywood are familiar with the man who barricaded himself inside someone’s apartment for 14 hours.
“Cut cable cords, yanked them off the walls. Everything’s got water or lotion or shampoo, he just like flung it all everywhere. Crazy stuff like what inmates would do to in a jail to do an uprising, you know, stuff the drain and cause flooding.”
Drugs were found in Jon’s home. His dog was left traumatized.
The neighbor who is friends with the man didn’t want to talk about what happened.
