Attorney Skip Miller calls it very unusual after a judge said he didn’t have the jurisdiction to halt operations at the gas storage facility. That request was then granted by the court of appeal but even that was later reversed.
“Court of appeal has our brief now. We’re addressing the initial issue that the judge on Friday said he didn’t have jurisdiction. We think the court does have jurisdiction.”
SoCalGas officials insists Aliso Canyon is safe to re-open.
