Two long beach police officers have been fired in the wake of the death of three year old Cheyenn Hyer. Today marks five days since the little girl was found dead in a patrol car after being left there for hours. Cheyenn’s mother Cassie Barker and her supervisor, Clark Ladner are the two now former Long Beach officers involved in the investigation. Investigators tell News 25, Barker was “visiting” with Ladner that’s when she left Cheyenn in her patrol car. Autopsy results are expected to come in sometime this week. As of now no charges have been filed.
