LAPD now says a UCLA student was NOT murdered in a drug deal. Police believe 21-year-old Andrea DelVesco was stabbed to death by two pre-med students — while they were burglarizing her apartment complex earlier this month. They initially thought she was murdered over drugs — since she was facing charges of selling ecstasy. Detectives now say she was killed by Alberto Medina and Eric Marquez — who were seen on surveillance video entering her apartment. Media could get the death penalty if convicted – because he allegedly stabbed DelVesco, then set a fire to her apartment — after burglarizing another unit in the complex. A later video shows Medina using a UCLA logo Snuggie to hide the blood on his shirt.
